We are seeking professional outbound call center representatives (Interviewers) to conduct telephone interviews with proposed insured customers. No cold calling or up selling involved.

Ideal candidates will have 2 – 3 years telephone customer service experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment; high attention to detail; and typing skills of 40 WPM. Knowledge of medical terms and some college preferred.

Work Schedule: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (Overtime may be required.)
